Game bugs out after 5 minutes of playing when i have more than 2 add ons on my world.

Please be more specific about what you mean by "bugs out".

After 5 minutes the game starts glitching, freezing, blocks won’t break, and the loading screen don’t pop up.

Was aking the mod what addon you will use to do this bug?.
