Issue: Laptops/Computers with HP Omen/Gaming Hub experience significant input delay only in full-screen mode when playing Minecraft. Trying to open and close the inventory, menu, or any UI will cause a significant input delay where any key input there after is delayed by 1-2 seconds. Trying to spam open and close the inventory will cause the inventory UI to slowly open and close repeatedly before gradually increasing in speed, a clear sign that there is some sort of delay.
Bug Appearance: After the creeking update
Attempted Solutions (did not work): Updating graphics driver, reinstalling Minecraft, lowering graphics settings, restarting laptop, and loading different/new worlds.
Temporary Solutions:
Playing only in windowed mode will not cause the input lag
Force closing HP Omen/Gaming Hub before opening Minecraft will stop the input lag, but will disable fan controls and hardware interface
On other systems?: No, the input delay bug only seems to be caused by an interference with HP gaming hub. My friends on non-HP computers report no issues or any delays despite having similar software.
Comment: Playing Minecraft prior to the creeking update on my laptop never had any issues like this. There never was an input delay, and only now there is, and it’s significant enough that trying to play in full screen mode or while having HP gaming hub is a nightmare

You will need to report this issue to HP.
