All equipment with durability have 1 extra durability than stated

All equipment with durability have one extra durability than stated. Compared to Java Edition, Bedrock’s equipment always has one extra use than what is stated (for example a Diamond Sword lasts 1562 uses on Bedrock (which is one more than it’s supposed to), while it lasts the appropriate 1561 uses on Java Edition.
