I filled chest with the copper blocks and i left one slot to place the pumpkin block in that chest , but copper Golem can able to access or overview only top slots and in some times it can't able put blocks in top slots also after that I placed empty chest it can able place blocks in that. I think copper Golem ai can't able to see all slots in chest which is filled with different types of the blocks in that chest, if the bottom of the chest is empty It can't access those slots.
