Light blocks breaks with no imput when you're close to it

I was activating some mods to my world, but when i clicked the “resourcepacks” menu, my game instantly crashed. i reopened my game and countinued activating the mod that i wanted, and if i joined inside my world, and i placed the light block, and when i was closed to it, it breaked with no sound.
