[MCPE-225598] Chosen Classic Skin not appearing for other players

Whenever Choosing a Skin from the Halloween Mashup Pack, the skin will not display for other players in their realm or world no matter what. (This affects all skins in the Halloween Mashup pack)

Multiple different consoles, Xbox One, xbox one series, Ps4, and PC. My friends reportedly can't see my skin which is an official skin from a skinpack. This is only happening to me with skins from the halloween mashup pack. This only started about this year
