Original Description:
I purchased the new Star Wars Mash-Up pack, and it’s of amazing quality. However, one thing that absolutely breaks it for me is that players that aren’t your friends cannot see the skins.
They need to add you, then restart their games in order to see the skins. This can be very annoying for many players that want to see the skins, but can’t because of a glitch.
That’s really it.

After looking at similar reports for other skins and retesting, I've determined that this issue relates to a profile setting. You can see the Star Wars skin of another player who is not on your Friends list if you turn off the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" toggle in Settings>Profile. I still think this may be a bug because I would expect Marketplace skins to be trusted.
Confirmed in 1.16.201 Hotfix by connecting via LAN from iOS with no Microsoft account to Windows 10 PC player who was using the Obi-Wan Kenobi skin. He looked like Steve to the iOS player.
