Skins not showing in multiplayer

When playing multiplayer with friends, my skin does not appear for them, instead being replaced with default options while my skin is displayed on my screen. I do not use custom imported skins, but instead skins from packs purchased from the marketplace. However, I have found that for some reason, skins from the Deep Space Mashup by Honeyfrost are the only ones that seem to be visible to my friends (See photo attached), while skins from every other pack that I own do not appear (including skins from packs published by Minecraft, such as the Master Chief Mashup, the Norse Mythology Mashup, the Vault-Tec Mashup, etc).

Steps that reproduce this issue include:

• Start by playing in a multiplayer world with friends (the world is either hosted by myself or friends, all friends play on xbox consoles)

• Going to the Dressing Room to change skins

• Selecting a skin that isn’t in the Deep Space Mashup and applying it

• Exiting the dressing room

• The skin appears on my screen, but does not appear for anyone else in the world

Expected result: A skin that displayes for both myself and for any other player within the world once selected and applied

Actual Result: A skin that only displays for myself, whilst a default skin (Alex, Steve, etc.) appears for other players.

We have been having this issue for several months. We had the same problem a while ago, then it seemed to resolve itself and I was able to change between skins again with it appearing on my friend’s screens. However the problem has resurfaced and I have tried everything to try and stop it, but nothing works. I have deleted skin slots tried again, reapplied skins, tried across different worlds hosted by different people, yet nothing works. We have been going at this for months to no avail.

I am growing extremely frustrated with this issue, as I have purchased the packs and skins from the in-game marketplace with real money, yet I am not able to use them properly in-game as intended. Please help me resolve this issue.
