Ray-Tracing issues

So, me and my friend and assuming tons of other people have a Ray Tracing glitch where only torches emit light and not any other light emitting blocks, we found a way to fix it but it's not a permanent fix so every time we open Minecraft, we have to redo it, and it is really getting on my nerves. open Minecraft do the fix and get on my friend’s realm. So Mojang please fix this next upd.
