Mech Expansion Addon has a missing texture issue

The Mech Expansion Addon has a pink and black box that will not go away. It appears to be a missing texture or image in the UI since it disappears when pressing start to go to the menu. No other adding have been added and I’ve confirmed that it appears on iOS, Android, and PC versions.
