The hotbar “pop” animation is inconsistent when using shelves

As seen in the video the animation that plays in the hotbar when you pick an item up is playing at different places when using shelves.

To reproduce:

1. Place some blocks/items in the shelves

2. Power 3 connected shelves

3. Fill your inventory with different blocks/items

4. Interact with the shelves

Expected: no pop or pop in every inventory spot that changes
