Vibrant Visuals -> During thunderstorms it's just a clear sky with rain particles no thunder clouds

Playing and noticed that during the thunderstorm the only indication of a thunderstorm was the lightning and the lightning sounds other than that the clear skies just ruined immersion and looked bad
