“Can’t sync this world’s cloud data with your device.

I cannot load my world that I’ve been working on for 3+ years. I’m extremely frustrated knowing that Minecraft has been around for 15 years and despite working flawlessly on Xbox 360 edition and Xbox One Edition, we are now left with a buggy experience with the windows 10 edition. I don’t understand how a game can go back in progress. I cannot save or load my world and I’m being gaslit by the game and my console into thinking I “need better internet, or need more storage” when the reality is that it’s a bug. Please fix this it’s been a known issue for over 2 years.
