[MCPE-22604] Item Frame drop Items in the world loading

In my own world when the world is loading some item frames falls on the floor along with what is nearby, torches, lever, etc.This also occurs in Realms. I'll leave the link on my map in the description (this bug can not be done anywhere). Link in comments.
