Can’t remove a resource pack that’s no longer included in Marketplace pass

Had a few packs installed on a survival world I’d started, and one of them is no longer available with marketplace pass. When I try to load it, it shows the message in the first screenshot. Naturally, I tried to remove it, only to receive the message shown in the second screenshot. I turned off global packs and that did nothing. I’m on an iPad if that makes any difference.
