[MCPE-226159] Trees leaves aren't going away naturally

After cutting down trees the leaves stay their for a long period of time I have multiple add-ons, so I'm not sure if this is a result of it. Ill have the list of add-ons in the screen shots along with a screen shot of the trees leaves.

have you tried to reproduce this issue without any addons or packs enabled?

Yep just did seems like the add-ons are slowing down or stopping the tree leaves from disappearing like normal which is odd considering the add-on tree at least some dispear like normal not the vanilla ones unfortunately.
