RTX Light Emitting blocks are Not Functioning Properly in Minecraft

After updating to Minecraft Bedrock Edition v1.21.100, RTX rendering for light-emitting blocks is broken. Blocks such as Glowstone, sea lanterns, and Redstone lamps no longer emit light correctly, and emissive textures fail to render as expected. This issue appears to be related to changes in how emissive materials and animation contexts are handled in the RTX pipeline.

Graphics Card: [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050ti]
Driver Version: [576.80]

DirectX Version Installed: ( DirectX 12)

OS: Windows 11 Home, version 10.0.26100

Issue Description:
After updating to version 1.21.100, RTX functionality appears to be broken or inconsistent. When loading RTX-enabled worlds or resource packs, the game either:

  • Fails to render ray tracing effects (lighting, reflections, shadows)

  • Also the shadows Glitches every time When I enable the RTX

  • Edit: I’m using the default RTX World, Colors, Lights and shadows RTX
