Colored light-emitting blocks (colored terracotta, diamond blocks, redstone blocks, etc.) in worlds with the official RTX texture packs enabled no longer emit light

The official RTX texture packs that can be downloaded from the Marketplace modify certain blocks to either be completely reflective or emit colored light. Following the 1.21.80 update, these modifications no longer work.

Howdy, here’s the video of my video settings tab. Unfortunately, I can’t exactly reproduce the bug because the issue began when I joined a world after the update to the version of Minecraft that this bug report is under. Since then, the bug has been persistent. That means that when I log into a world with blocks that are either made extra reflective or emit light that typically do not have those characteristics, those blocks behave as they would in a vanilla world, save for the textures applied to them by the texture pack.

Oh, and I should mention that the issue has persisted into the latest version of Bedrock as well.

It also occurs on every rtx packs on 1.21.82. Probably a change in Vibrant Visuals broke Raytracing

Vibrant Visuals definitely messed up something with RTX
