[MCPE-226477] The splash text that should have been removed still appears randomly in the latest version.

Steps to reproduce the issue:In splashes.json, the splash text "110813!" can still be found.
Expected result:Re-remove the splash text "110813!" as it was deprecated since version 1.12.0.3, making this text obsolete.
Actual result:The splash text "110813!" still remains.

In Microsoft.MinecraftWindowsBeta_1.21.11024.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\data\resource_packs\vanilla\splashes.json, "110813!" is still found.

This is the bug.

The issue remains unresolved.
