Sky turned black even during day time

Everytime I create a new world with vv on the dkies turned black, It use to be fine untill the new weather update came in vibrant visual it turned black now idk why even when you change the weather I experienced the same thing when it was just in beta preview now it is in the official mc bedrock it turned in to that, idk if I'm just the only one experiencing this since i haven't seen anyone reporting it on discord
