Vibrant Visuals: Sky appears black on certain Android devices

Hi, I'm facing the same problem, to reproduce this problem I went to a snowy biome and changed the weather with commands, the sky turned black and the issue persists through worlds, weathers, vibrant visuals settings and even game sessions, making the whole feature kind of unusable. The issue seems to disappear briefly for a few frames while going into settings and when saving the world which explains why the snapshot for the save seems fine. Happy to provide any detail.

As shown in this video, I first switched the language and ensured that my Beta Minecraft didn't load any Resource Pack or Behavior Pack. Then I created a new world, enabled RenderDragon mode, and entered the world. The world defaulted to enabling Vibrant Visuals. As can be seen from the video, no matter how I debugged, the sky remained black throughout.（Please note: The version has been upgraded to 1.21.100.22）

• Are there any biomes where the black sky does not occur?

This happens to a lot of members where the sky appears dark mainly in Xiaomi devices

I have the same issue on my Galaxy Note 20.

The same is happening to me in the official version (1.21.101.1) and in the preview version (1.21.110.25) on my Samsung Galaxy A52s (Android 13).
