The sky texture when using vibrant visual doesn't work when turned on

It srtarted before the prior of the cooper age update, it randomly happened when I opened my world with he vibrant visual turned on before I see the sky unusually dark, realizing it wasn't loading, the clouds and the sun along with the stars still shows up, I tried clearing the cache and even deleting Minecraft but it still wouldn't budge, I hope this would get fixed since a black sky feels like a solar eclipse is happening.
