1. After my test, the sky still appears black when the RenderDragon option is not enabled.
2. I don't have extra devices, but I guess this phenomenon is likely to occur on the Snapdragon 865 processor.
3. I tested almost all biomes, but unfortunately, the sky is black in all of them. Since there are too many biomes, I won't record a video.
As shown in this video, I first switched the language and ensured that my Beta Minecraft didn't load any Resource Pack or Behavior Pack. Then I created a new world, enabled RenderDragon mode, and entered the world. The world defaulted to enabling Vibrant Visuals. As can be seen from the video, no matter how I debugged, the sky remained black throughout.(Please note: The version has been upgraded to 1.21.100.22)

It's really regrettable that the issue of the sky turning black still occurs in the latest Beta version 1.21.110.23. Moreover, when opening or closing the Settings option, the original color of the sky will briefly appear before it turns black again. I've found that this phenomenon has nothing to do with whether the Render Dragon option is enabled, and it occurs in any biome. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
