Vibrant Visuals sky black on Android

Summary:

Sky appears black when using Vibrant Visuals on Android devices (1.21.100–1.21.101).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and launch Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.100 or 1.21.101 on an Android device.

2. Enable Vibrant Visuals in video settings.

3. Create or open a world.

4. Look at the sky.

Expected Result:

Sky should render normally with correct daylight colors.

Observed Result:

The sky appears completely black with only clouds visible.

Device/OS: Android 13 device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G

Note: This Bug DOESN'T affect all android devices the bug was retested on other android devices some worked as expected and some didn't
