[MCPE-22675] There no items/dissepear from creative and command

There no item in creative and command expect command block, thar happen if my mcpe got black screen or my phone was off then back to mcpe or turn on the phone the texture will be glitch with device Samsung Galaxy S7(2016)

Please confirm that you have no resource packs applied. (Both global and world levels).

i can confirm that using a creative menu in survival add on will cause this

Please search your bug before reporting, as this appears to be a duplicate of MCPE-22309
(Edited to fix the ticket number, it's 22309 not 22039)
