Can't delete custom skin pack files

So basically when you create a custom skin or a custom skin pack in an app, you download it right? Well yes you do and this is where it gets weird, in the past you could go into files and delete the custom skin packs or the custom skins but now you can't unless you uninstall minecraft and they haven't even fixed the issue where you can't download worlds from files and the worlds don't save on files so basically minecraft is glitched and with this glitch it's making people not being creative
