Impossible to delete imported / custom skin packs

If you want to delete imported skin packs from the game, it's impossible to do so without reinstalling the game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and import the skin pack

2. Try to delete the skin pack from storage settings

Expected results:
The skin pack should be deleted.

Obtained results:
The skin pack can't be deleted because Storage settings doesn't have a skin pack section (like worlds, resource packs, behavior packs and cached data) and the Android restrictions since Android 10 deny all edits in Android/data (including deletions).
