tree, water, lava errors where world generation has been updated

in seed 8215207428726600064 which i began in an earlier version around apr/ may i have a weird lava pool at -82, 78, -896, strange part tree at 271, 75, -1467, and strange water at -741, 62, -496 ( lots more but have given 1 of each). if i make a new world in 1.21.101 these errors are not present. believe updates to world generation may not be carrying across correctly from worlds open in older version in current update. in order to replicate open this seed in older version then update to current version then open new world in current version and compare terrain at the above coordinates. thanks
