Ender dragon model breaks when going far away enough without looking

When playing on the preview with vibrant visuals on, i went to the end and flew over to the edge of the end island without looking back. Once I turned around, expecting to see the ender dragon flying around normally, I saw that the ender dragon had its model in a strange position and no animation (see the picture). When i got closer, it suddently went back to its normal model and animation. It is important to note that it doesn’t work when going away while looking at the dragon.
