Daylight detectors won't trigger redstone unless toggled when placed between noon and 1 pm (6001 to 6999) with daylight cycle off

In the most recent version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition for the PlayStation 4 (1.21.100, PS4 app Version 3.18), any daylight detector, whether newly placed or already present and functional before loading a world, will not give off a redstone signal unless manually inverted by the player every time the in-game time changes from night to day, or vice versa, when day time is set to 54050 via commands.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.) Open newest version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition (1.21.100) on PlayStation 4 (app version 3.18).

2.) In a world, disable daylight cycle and set time to 54050.

2.5) Build a simple redstone circuit to a redstone lamp, place a daylight detector, and observe no redstone signal.

3.)Toggle detector inversion from “day” to “night”, then back to “day”, and observe proper redstone signal output to the lamp based on world light level/time of day.

Note: Infrequently, the inverse of this can occur with inverted Daylight Detectors upon first loading a world, provided time is set to 54050.

Expected Result: instant redstone output from a daylight sensor once placed when in proper light conditions.

Actual Result: no redstone output until the block is manually updated.

This occurs for any time-of-day from 6001 to 6999 (which corresponds to between noon and 1 p.m.). When you set time to 54050, it is the same as setting it to 6050.
