My Game won’t finish downloading content.

I just purchased from the marketplace “RLCraft Bedrock Edition 1.0.2” and then proceeded to download it. When something downloads it typically says Step 1 of 2 and then once Step one is downloaded it proceeds to Step 2 of 2. It was downloading and once Step 1 was fully downloaded, it didn’t proceed to Step 2 and didn’t download anything else past Step 1. I tried redownloading the Pack, I tried turning the System off, I tried restarting the game. I tried taking out the cartridge and checking it for dust, I downloaded something else and then tried downloading RLCraft, And then I cleared the Marketplace Cache and restarted the game, but none worked. I also left it loading for a hour and nothing changed.

The first time I downloaded it I did switch between Touch-Screen and Controller at times, but I have no proof of that being the issue.
