[MCPE-227301] Stuck in pause screen while loading into world

I was loading into a world when I accidentally pressed escape. It stopped loading into the world, and sent me into the pause screen with the menu panorama in the background. The pause menu had 0 players listed, and pressing Save & Quit did nothing, nor did Resume Game. Restarting my game ended up working.

Hello!

I was unfortunately not able to reproduce the issue.
The only modification applied to the world was a deferred pack I’m working on.
