Bugged water on tile and non full blocks

I was building a house for a suprime map for my friend but them i crouched and clicked the trapdoor with the water bucket and somehow created this abomination of a water source block that didnt give you that breating bubble bar and glitched you side to side and begged you a bit. It doenst mix with normal water sources neither create obsidian when touching lava sources. Please mojang create a way of getting that in survival but discover what causes that bug. And it only worked in creative. And bubble collums dont work too.
