Water suspending if you both sneak and right click above an interactable block

Brief Description: Water suspends if you both sneak and right click above the block with GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set gamemode creative.

2. Place a block with GUI ( eg crafting table ).

3. Stand on the block.

4. Get a water bucket and right click the block while sneaking.

5. Return to the ground and break the block you have put in step 1.

What you see: Water suspends.

What it should be: Water should be flowing.

Note: Lava is normal, unlike water.
