Ghost water block is created if you both sneak and right click above an interactable block

Brief Description:

Ghost water block is created if you both sneak and right click above an interactable block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an interactable block (e.g., crafting table ).

2. Stand on the block.

3. Get a water bucket and right click the block while sneaking.

4. Return to the ground and break the block you have put in step 1.

What you see: Water suspends.

What it should be: Water should be flowing.

Note: Lava is normal, unlike water.
