[MCPE-22742] Slow moving / locking up in places on map

In certain places of my world, I can not move and the whole game locks up. The area is growing larger now. When I walk into one of these areas it can take 20 minutes or more to get turned around to walk out of it

I have had updates and it still does it. Is there any word on fixing this issue?
