Achievement unlockable emotes are not possible to be earned

Many of the unlockble achievement emotes are completely unavailable on ps4. It also does not work when other players on other device do these emotes. Some of these emotes are ‘the hammer,’ ‘faceplant’ and ‘silly.’ I believe this also applies to some accessories, making other individuals custom skins from other device just appear as default skins.

The achievements section that appears on other Minecraft platforms are also unavailable, as well as the achievement pop ups that were available on previous ps4 versions.
