all skins turning black in game

I went into my world today and I noticed my skin was black. I have had issues with that specific skin so I didnt think much of it. I wanted to find a different skin anyway so I went into the marketplace and found a pack that I liked. so I brought it and I went back into my world and my skin was still black. I tried it with alex and that still was black. then I tried it in a different world and all skins was still black. I closed and opened the world and it still didnt work. I turned wifi off and used mobile data and it didnt work. I then deleted minecraft and downloaded it again and it didnt work. it still appears in the dressing room, main menu and when the game is paused. I have added screenshots where it shows the inventory and when its paused and in a brand new world. it was working a couple days ago so im not sure what the issue is here. please help me with this.
