Ender Dragon does not disappear completely and no dragon egg appears after killing it

I went into the end in creative to text a method to have end pearls I killed the dragon but it does not disappear it disappears but not completely and the dragon egg Does not appear with the return portal

I left then came back but nothing changes except the crashes which stop

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the End in Creative mode.

2. Kill the Ender Dragon.

3. Wait for the portal to appear.

Expected Result:

The Ender Dragon should completely disappear, and the return portal with the dragon egg should generate.

Observed Result:

The Ender Dragon disappears partially but some parts remain. The return portal generates but no dragon egg appears. Leaving and re-entering the world does not fix the issue, except that the crashes stop.

This bug was first noticed in version 1.21.110.22 Beta but still happens in 1.21.110.25 Preview.
