You can pick block the moonlight detector (aka the inverted daylight detector) in creative mode

I was messing around in creative mode when I found out that you’re able to pick block the moonlight detector. Is this a bug or are there plans to include that item in the creative menu?
sorry if this doesn’t make much sense, i’m horrible at writing stuff lol.
