[Custom Jigsaw Structures] /locate structure command sometimes locates structures that failed to generate

When locating a structure, the “/locate structure” command sometimes returns a location even if the custom jigsaw structure failed to generate there, usually due to dimension padding or being on the chunk border.

Expected Behaviour

“/locate structure” returns the coordinates only if the structure is actually present, i.e. generated successfully.

Actual Behaviour

The command sometimes returns the coordinates even if, for whatever reason, the structure failed to generate there.
