Minecraft: Bedrock edition won't let me log in to my Microsoft account, leading to me not being able to use my Microsoft account on bedrock.

Whenever I try to use my Microsoft account on Bedrock it just shows “We could not sign you in to your Microsoft Account. Access to Realms, Profiles, and your Marketplace items will be limited. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.

Error code: Obsidian”
I’ve had this issue ever since I got the game a year ago. I have tried every solution the website gave me but nothing seems to work. I tried signing up my Microsoft account on Bedrock on my laptop and it works just fine, how come on this device it doesn’t work?
