Level up progression bar continuously resets to zero

We have ran into an issue where the exp bar zeros out after a couple seconds of receiving it, making it difficult to progress levels with average exp drops. Levels persist but the bar that builds up constantly zeros back out after stagnating for a few seconds. Leaving the game and returning does not fix the issue.
