Hiya I submitted a bug report yesterday regarding paintings disappearing when reloading chunks - I got an update saying that it was ‘resolved’ but it hasn't been and it is still happening?

Your previous report along with this one are duplicates of MCPE-181306 where we are already tracking this issue.
It is recommended that you read the Guidelines linked on the page where you report bugs to understand how reports are handled. In particular, Resolved does not mean "Fixed" and you have to check the Resolution to see how the report was handled.
