Paintings randomly disappear after teleporting to their vicinity into unloaded chunks.
Steps to Reproduce:
place paintings and record coordinates
leave the area so the paintings are unloaded
Teleport back to the area with the paintings (I used a command block, but i don't think it makes much difference)
Observed Results:
if you're lucky, upon teleporting the paintings break before the game has rendered any blocks you can hear the sound. Where the paintings break is unclear, sometimes painting closer to the player don't break, while ones two chunks over do!
Expected Results:
the paintings should stay placed.
Notes:
This has only happened in multilayer, but it might just be that the multilayer caused more lag which led to the paintings breaking because the game hadn't loaded the blocks, and so they thought there wasn't any blocks behind them.

We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue so far, but if you have a copy of the world available, you might like to upload a copy of it for investigation.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.
It happened to me in the latest Beta. I’m in Singleplayer. Fix this, it’s very annoying to have to replace my “moniter” (painting), “keyboard” (pressure plate), and “mouse” (button) EVERY time I walk outside of the Chunk!
same here.. all painting at my base keep popping up..
what i do:
place painting
save world.. go to menu screen
load the world
painting pop up..
my minecraft bedrock version is 1.21.100
Happening to me on PS4, 1.21.100, app version 3.18. The breaking paintings seem to be a completely random selection; sometimes it's paintings placed on trapdoors, sometimes it's paintings in spaces with other objects inhabiting the same block space (a painting on a wall with a chain dangling in front, or a “computer” made with a painting and an iron pressure plate, for example), sometimes it's paintings simply near trapdoors. Sometimes it'll be paintings in a rectangle of chunk space, or only one or two individual paintings. But it's never the same group of paintings twice.
Same happening for me! I have 12 paintings in my house, when I return from the Nether, some of them will be randomly broken, but not all. Frustrating!
This is on Windows, version 1.21.101. I have never seen this happen before 1.21.100.
Thank you for your patience. This issue has a fix that is currently in Beta/Preview, but we will leave tis issue open until the fix is fully released (no ETA can be provided).
I am unable to reproduce this in singleplayer, so chances are that this can only be reproduced in multiplayer.
