Paintings keep randomly disappearing. I’ve had paintings placed over signs for hidden doorways and paintings placed on regular full block walls that have randomly disappeared. They don’t drop the painting item anywhere, i’ve tried digging the wall behind to see if it glitched into the blocks but haven’t found anything. Exiting and reloading the world doesn’t bring them back they just seem to completely de-spawn for no reason.

I've had the same issue. Paintings outright disappear. They do not simply break and leave behind the item. They vanish. Single player world on PC.

I've been having the same problem currently with 1.21.50 on PlayStation 4, every time I load into my world, 60-90% of the paintings around my house are either broken and on the floor, or have completely despawned altogether. It is without fail most every time I load into my game that this occurs and it's quite annoying having to go though and not just have to hang them all back up but also have to go out of the way to craft a bunch more. Would be nice if this could be addressed in a bug fix update soon!

I re-hung my paintings yesterday and they are still on the walls today. Fingers crossed!

2 more paintings broke but luckily this time i found them with the painting item on the ground, maybe the other times they were just loaded in for long enough without me checking on them and despawned?
