Paintings keep falling off walls. It appears to happen when I load into the chunk or come back from the nether I will return and find my paintings on the floor or they will have just disappeared

It can be reproduced by following these steps:
Set the tick distance to 8
Place the painting, travel about 4 chunks away, and log out of the world
Log back into the world
This has not been solved. The issue still persists in my case and is pretty annoying, as am actively losing all paintings in my base.
I have been experiencing the same issue. I just noticed all my paintings are gone in my base.
I couldn’t exactly pinpoint why but it seems when I leave the proximity of a painting it just falls.
Am glad this isn’t my world just being buggy.
