GDK Preview doesn't have window animations when maximizing the game

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open Mincraft

2. Maximize minecraft and then close it

3. Open it again

4. Move the game window around so that you could see the restore/ maximize animations (don’t resize the window)

5. Maximize / restore it after

Expected result

The windows maximize / restore animations should be playing.

Actual result

The window instantly maximizes / restores without an animation playing

Note

The animations return back to normal after the game window is resized. (Also sorry for the bad video)
