"Cover me in debris" Achievement won't unlock

I was playing this game in “Hardcore” mode without experiments enabled and I have a full set of netherite armor and for some reason, the “Cover me in debris” achievement didn't unlock which it should and when this is fixed, I expect to have the achievement unlocked. I’m going to defeat the Ender Dragon before 10/14 which is the time Win10 stops receiving updates and I’d like this fixed when if not before the copper age game drop releases.
