Parity issue: Copper trapdoor's recipe still outputs 2 items

The Bug:

In Java Edition’s snapshots for 1.21.9, copper trapdoor’s recipe is to craft 4 copper ingots into 1, but in Bedrock Edition you can get 2, just like the past when it needs 6 copper ingots.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the world.

2. Put 2×2 copper ingots in the crafting grid (like in inventory).

Observed Behavior:

Could see that it output 2 copper trapdoors, like how it was before the recipe changed.

Expected Behavior:

It should just output 1 copper trapdoor, like Java Edition.
