Owned skins section does not load (Cant upload custom skin)

I open Bedrock Edition, click create skin, go to classic skins.

Usually, all of your owned skins would load, and your uploaded skin.

This does not happen.

Owned skins load, blocking the uploaded skins, while it shows all of the marketplace packs but refuses to load the upload section

Happy to provide more information, but honestly I don't know what applies. I have attached a screenshot.
